Measured weekly across four answer engines

AI writes your buyer's shortlist now.

We measure whether your company is on it, then do the work that moves the number.

$1,500, two weeks, no retainer attached.

Named, and actually cited Named in the answer Linked as a source Illustrative example
Competitor 1 84 / 100 38 / 100
Competitor 2 71 / 100 11 / 100
Competitor 3 52 / 100 26 / 100
Competitor 4 17 / 100 4 / 100
Your company - / 100 - / 100

Example for illustration purposes. Being named and being linked are counted separately and never added together, the gap between a vendor's two bars is usually where its real problem is.

The problem

Buyers stopped scrolling results. They read one answer.

Seventy-two percent of B2B software buyers now use ChatGPT as part of evaluation, and half start with an AI chatbot more often than with Google. Whatever it names is the shortlist. Everything else is invisible in a way a ranking report will never show you.

Perplexity, asked one of the thirty questions
“The strongest general picks in current review roundups are Agentforce Field Service, Jobber, Connecteam, Field Nation, and Housecall Pro.”

Five names. If yours is not one of them, the buyer never learns you exist, and nothing in your analytics will tell you it happened.

What we do

Measure it, then change the inputs.

Fixed monthly programme. No dashboard to learn, no seats to buy.

Measure

Thirty of your buyers' real questions, asked every week across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini. Reported per engine, because the engines disagree with each other.

Own your ground

The pages, comparisons, documentation and structured data an engine needs to describe you accurately and confidently. Eight to twelve assets a month.

Earn the rest

About three quarters of what drives a citation sits on domains you do not own. Third-party profiles corrected, roundup inclusion, original research worth citing.

How we work

Four commitments, and the detail behind each.

Everything here is checkable. Open any of them if you want the working, otherwise the one-line version is the whole promise.

We never promise you a result.

Nobody controls ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or Google, and any firm guaranteeing you a citation rate is either misunderstanding these systems or misrepresenting them. We commit to defined work at a defined volume, and we show you the measurement either way. Contracts run three months, then month to month on thirty days' notice.

Being named and being cited are counted separately.

A mention puts you on the shortlist. A citation sends you traffic. Collapsing them into one visibility score hides the thing worth knowing. In a real four-engine run this September, one vendor was named in 54 of 99 answers and linked in 12. We also never count a page an engine merely read as a citation: in that same run the engines read 2,861 pages and showed 466 links.

A failed call is never counted as an absence.

If an engine times out or answers without searching, that answer leaves every denominator rather than scoring as a miss. In that same run, 21 of 120 calls were excluded for exactly this reason, which is why its denominator read 99 and not 120. We will never report a brand as less visible than it is because of a fault in our own instrument. Everything runs through the providers' official paid APIs; we do not scrape.

Five things we will not do, at any price.

We do not write, buy, sell or broker reviews, including AI-generated ones. We do not build sites that present themselves as independent comparison pages. We do not post as you or run unattributed accounts, where a tactic needs a human voice it is a named person at your company, posting as themselves, with their affiliation disclosed. We do not condition free work on a testimonial or a case study. And we do not report a brand as less visible than it is because of our own error.

Some of that is the FTC's rule on reviews and testimonials, which carries civil penalties near $52,000 per violation and reaches conduct a company should have known about. The rest is that the shortcut version of this work is why the category will eventually get regulated.
